Very High Resolution sCMOS & CCD cameras for Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)


The camera system comes as an upgrade to existing TEM operating from 100kV at up to 300kV.

11 Megapixel camera is available for material science, life science and geological applications.

The camera offers very high sensitivity thanks to fibre optic coupling and very high resolution down to 2 Angstroms.

A very high sensitivity 4 Megapixel sCMOS camera is available for low dose applications. It enables single electron detection with frame rates in excess of 30fps.

Acquisition software enables real time Fast Fourier Transform for adjusting electron optics astigmatism as well as flat field corrections.
